Carolyn Anne MacAulay
Carolyn has established a wide-ranging family law practice which includes matters involving divorce, custody, access, child support, separation and cohabitation agreements as well as Child Protection matters. She regularly appears before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia (Family Division).
Carolyn has practical experience before the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia in civil and criminal litigation, as well as experience before the Small Claims Court of Nova Scotia, the Federal Tax Court, administrative tribunals, and in mediation.
She is a member of the Children and Family Services Act Bench and Bar Committee in Sydney.
Carolyn is active in her community, and currently is a Member of the Cadet Instructors’ Cadre- Reserve Forces (Lieutenant), and a Volunteer Board Member for the Horizon Achievement Centre. Carolyn also served as a Volunteer Board Member - Vince Ryan Memorial Scholarship Hockey Tournament.
