About Colin

Colin is a lawyer in our Sydney office who primarily practices in the areas of corporate, business and commercial law, as well as real estate, supporting clients with incorporations, reorganizations, asset and share purchases, financings and property acquisitions, as well as general corporate law advice. He also practices in the areas of wills and estate planning as well as estate probate matters.

After completing his undergraduate studies at Cape Breton University, Colin received his Juris Doctor from Dalhousie’s Schulich School of Law in 2020. During his law studies, he did a semester abroad at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, in the Netherlands.

Colin is an active volunteer in the local sporting community where he coaches minor hockey with the Cape Breton County Minor Hockey Association. He is a member of the Nova Scotia Barristers’ Society and the Canadian Bar Association.
