Greg Rushton

Greg is one of our corporate lawyers with additional expertise in real property law and estate planning.  Greg advises clients on a variety of business matters including corporate governance, implementing tax efficient business structures and tax driven reorganisations, mergers & acquisitions as well as debt/equity financing and security placement.  He regularly works with professionals, private and traditional lenders, First Nations communities, small business owners, established corporations, as well as not for profit and government organizations.

Greg’s real property practice serves residential and commercial clients in purchase and sale transactions, migrations and leasing. Greg has experience proctoring (probating) estates and provides succession planning advice to corporate clients while offering estate planning advice to individuals. 

Greg takes pride in giving back to the community.  He has been a director for various local organizations and is the current Chair of Talbot House (Society), an addiction recovery house for men.
